1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CuraLink.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including pharmacy owners, staff, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

CuraLink.ai is a cloud-based pharmacy management platform providing point-of-sale, inventory management, patient management, AI-powered analytics, and patient portal services. The platform is designed for use by licensed pharmacies in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each pharmacy must designate at least one administrator. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription and Billing

CuraLink.ai offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro). All plans are free until your first 50 sales. After that, billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selection. Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and do not include VAT. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CuraLink.ai only for lawful purposes related to pharmacy operations. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal activity or in violation of Thai pharmaceutical regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the platform without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

CuraLink.ai, its logo, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Digital Media Concepts. You retain ownership of your data. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the services described herein.

7. Limitation of Liability

CuraLink.ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work to keep the service reliable and available, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. CuraLink.ai does not provide medical advice and is not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Surat Thani Province, Thailand.
